“My dad told me he had an art degree and he passed it on. When I was nine I picked up a pencil and I found a hidden talent within me. It opened my eyes.
I’ve been an artist at Inside Out Productions since 2011. I like to hang out with the other artists. But, I do like working by myself because I can concentrate better. I like to focus and relax. I’m happy with the results. I feel accomplished.
My name is Kris L. I like being here on Mondays and Wednesdays, art days, because I like to advance my art skills. I got a job as a stage manager from our L.A. GOAL music director and instructor to help out with the shows, on the days that we have the shows. Me and my friends and my half bro Doug H. are champions when coming to a basketball game at the park. I was just thinking that after today I have a softball practice later this afternoon at the park, I won’t be getting home until 7PM after the softball game. I have been working on my shadow box and my other artworks too after the last art show. My advice is: If you do the crime, you do the time. I learned my arts from my late Dad and my brother and sister. I am an animated artists when I get the time to do it, I like to draw anime and wildlife like animals and trucks and cars. I don’t do my drawings all the time when I am at home. When I am at home I do the house cleaning. Art is like my fourth or fifth thing to do when I am at home on the weekends when I don’t have music class. I’m coming up with some new inspiration for new animations instead of staying with the same pics and drawings.”
